What is your warranty and/or returns policy?

Nama Home warrants that under normal use and in accordance with the user – or installation instructions and taking into account the product specification the goods shall at the time of the delivery to the customer and for a period of 12 (twelve) months from the date of delivery, be free from defects in material or workmanship and shall be conform to the product specifications. Each product of Nama Home is made to order, unfortunately we cannot accept returns. The Customer may terminate his/her purchase, within the two (2) day period from the date of purchase by shooting an email to namaste@15.206.46.122 The cancellation will be initiated by Nama Home by providing a Cancellation Form to the customer upon request.

Which countries do you deliver to?

Nama Home provides free shipping for all products within India. We also provide worldwide shipping at additional cost. International shipping costs and delivery times will depend on the destination country and size of product.

Can the products be used in an external environment?

Yes, all Nama Home products are treated with appropriate processes to be placed outdoors as well.
